Brokerage engagement

Any brokerage engagement between you and Spheron Real Estate is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees and duties. Nothing on this Site creates a brokerage, agency or fiduciary relationship on its own. Property transactions in Dubai are subject to the rules of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), including registration, trustee and escrow requirements.

Enquiries and communication

When you submit an enquiry or message us via WhatsApp, phone, email or chat, you consent to us contacting you to respond. We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.

AI chat and automated responses

Our on-site AI chat is a general information assistant. It does not have access to live property inventory, current developer availability, live pricing or firm quotes, and it does not make legally binding statements on our behalf. For anything specific, please speak to a senior advisor.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
